The Bauer Venice: A Most Special "Mail" For The Child

During the first day of the stay, the Concierge had given my niece some candies. He asked her to drop by each day to collect further sweets.


The following day, my niece was too shy to approach and ask the Concierge when she walked past the desk with her grandparents. Another team member approached her and asked if she was Miss Gaffet, before presenting her with the day’s “mail” – an envelope filled with some candies.


Imagine the smile on the little girl’s face. The elements of surprise and play were awesome!
