What is Success to You?

Beyond the titles, promotion and pay increase, what does success mean to you?

Some of the best responses I have heard are:

  • when I go home after work feeling good about what I have done

  • when my guests and my team are happy

  • when I know I have made a positive difference everyday

What's your definition?

Reflective thoughts: If you had to fill in the blanks below, what words would you use?

"Before me, my team/guests felt ________________. With me, they feel _______________."

That, could just perhaps be one of the ways to measure your success.
